Screwing around in Siberia is great and all, but instead of adding an entire seperate country to the game that almost no one will interact with for any length of time, why not get the squads, a key gameplay element, working better, and give them a slightly better UI?
With more optimization (and it does seem to have improved slightly from when I first bought it) and, honestly, if it just *worked better* and had a little more effort put into the implementation of many of the basic elements in it, it would pretty readily be a yes from me.
Also if the dev is listening, please add co-op multiplayer of some kind, this chaotic fever dream of a game would benefit heavily from allowing a group of doofuses to squad up and get obliterated by punji traps in the jungle together, or taking advantage of the sheer grand scale of the battlemap for full wars akin to Foxhole.
