What players think
The recurring themes across 83 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
♦ Gameplay: Immortal Tactics has a nice straightforward tutorial, once you are done with it, you will go straight to the gameplay mechanics which is set in two major phases for you: The moving phase (where you choose where your units go, keep in mind the different tiles and the features that they have for impact, or if you are satisfied with your units positions, you can order them to wait there)
♦ Story: There is an interesting story behind this game (not going to spoil it of course) But would say that whenever you start the game again you will have that story telling scenes again, which is not optimal even if you are able to skip it!
-The retro pixelated art style is wonderful.
♦ Audio: The music used in the game is suitable for the genre and the main theme, and so does the sound effects and other sound tracks!
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
