While the visuals are a definite step up from the PS3 version it first released on, it doesn't compare to the visuals of the newest RGG titles like Lost Judgement and Yakuza: Like a Dragon.

Ishin Kiwami obviously has new voice acting, for the most part it's great, but i do love the instances where you literally hear nothing because the voice actor talked quietly, or you hear the mic peaking into your ear, utterly ruining the serious scene.

Of course this game is a remake, being remade in the Unreal Engine, this game is optimized very well on pc (after the patches that fixed the shader stutters) and with it the game looks pretty at times, this is also the studio's first time using Unreal Engine, and opting out of using the Dragon Engine for this remake.
