The actual plot is pretty decent though I can see how some people may be underwhelmed by it.
Sorry We're Closed is a gay survival horror game that hooks you in through amazing storybuilding and exploration.
TL;DR: Great characters and dialogue, very gay, decently fun gun play and combat but story and worldbuilding is what you play this game for.
Sound design further amplifies this atmosphere, blending moody ambient tracks with sharp audio cues that heighten unease without relying heavily on jump scares.
Visually, Sorry We're Closed is a mix of fixed camera angles, retro style survival horror graphics, and a neon colour palette that makes everything pop in a very unique way to make it stand out.
The art direction might be the best part, practically every scene is unique and full of character, the character design is amazing, soundtrack is great, gameplay is reminiscent to older survival horror classics with a neat twist with the third eye mechanic.
