Haste is mechanically everything a fan of momentum gameplay and going fast could ever want, but leaves quite a bit to be desired in other aspects.
Soundtrack is good, character designs are good; though the artstyle isn't really my cup of tea, there's nothing wrong with it.
But, the only thing this game actually does better than Neon White are the visuals, and it's pretty close for me.
I played this game mostly coop with 3 other friends of mine.
However, if you're playing with friends online, only 1 player has to make it to the end for everyone to progress to the next level, and you only have to restart the race level from the beginning if every player dies on the level.
(This is with both Steam Deck and PC controls in mind, I played 10+ hours with my Steam Deck and the other 5-6 on my PC.)
