What players think
The recurring themes across 28 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
I've played through this game three times now, and I've been unable to get a different ending if one even exists.
The visual and sound design of the game are probably my favorite parts - the UI feels chunky and, paired with the sound effects, really helps create the atmosphere of being stuck on a dingy little ship.
The music was also really fitting - it does a great job at matching and enhancing scenes throughout the narrative, and it helped bridge the gap of the mostly static visuals to make me feel like a truly daring sky-captain.
Overall, I'd say the game is worth the money, just don't go into it expecting much actual gameplay, and don't expect much from a second playthrough either.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
