What players think
The recurring themes across 84 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The story of this game is amazing, along with the art that accompanies it (the platforms are underwhelming compared to the other art though).
"Equinox" is a very mediocre 2D retro platformer with a simple narrative, some nice backgrounds, and pretty awful gameplay and technical implementation.
The visuals were beautiful, so was the music but I don't understand what the gameplay had to do with the story at all (except for the constellation ''bossfights'').
The sound design definitely needs some work, but it's not awful.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
