You start the game in an easier story mode where you unlock characters one by one to get an introduction to the mechanics and story, and then afterwards unlock the actual game which is a StS-like tower climber.
Very cute art style, fun gameplay (nothing terribly innovative, but satisfying nonetheless), admittedly fairly weak story, and a slight feeling of not being made with an English audience equally in mind.
