Menu design, while still a bit clinical, is coming along as well.
But if I can make like a overall summary it would be this: The scouting is poor and too easy.
The budget system is a very nice addition, and I would imagine if you play in lower-revenue leagues, would present a different facet of gameplay in terms of balancing your scouting and development budgets.
