The magnitude/diversity of content, excellent OST, and the clever gameplay systems lend to its extensive replayability.
Most dialogue events are just chosen from a random pool, so you are required to piece things together yourself rather than following a linear storyline in a game like Hades.
Overall, Astronautilus is a great game with well designed enemy patterns, a nice art style, catchy music, and a smooth difficulty curve.

The bosses are a definite highlight for me with how creative and unique they feel to encounter, but the areas all have their own fun gimmicks and the weapons all feel really good to use as well.
It is also worth giving credit to the plentiful assist features which allow you to customise the difficulty to your liking.
