The writing is absolutely wonderful, with the occasional callback to previous little details when necessary, and it utilizes decently evocative word choices.
Atmosphere is also quite gripping here with a rather uncommon setting, it helps that the soundtrack is surprisingly huge while being pretty great.
Graphics: As you could see, mostly photorealistic backgrounds with lovely sketched sprites that fit the vibe.
Let's be clear, this is a visual novel, it is a thing you read, with art and music and sound, but if you're in the "gameplay is what matters" camp, steer well clear.
