What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
For starters, I do think the game's strongest selling point is its combat.
The exploration paths are pretty neat and never feel too braindead, its engaging enough and actually offers unique set pieces (much appreciated).
I explored nearly everything in the main story, this was crazy good, the quality is insane!
This game had excellent graphics and smooth game play on RTX 2070, i-5 3550 processor at max settings, so the minimum specs for the game are a actually a bit lower in reality than what is listed.
Ive played on the hardest difficulty which is actually very difficult to the point of constantly dieing ( its still satisfing and fun), the combat system consits of a pretty thight stamina bar early on, the classic twd saints and sinner weapon feel ( everything feel heavy ), the game is designed around parrying for basic combat with most weapons, with a dodge every now and then.
Now, to be fair, there’s a lot to like: solid performance, impressive visuals, great sound design, generally good level design, and generally strong voice acting.
