Eronoctosis has a very nice pixel art style that's both simplistic in it's design, but overly detailed when it needs to be, especially when it comes to the monster designs.
+ Co-Op works well
That's all you can really put together plot wise and that's fine cause the game is more gameplay focused than anything else.
The levels were well mapped, with the green ones feeling more claustrophobic, and the sound design was great - not too loud- but when the silence of our slow walking with the boxes was broken by grim creaking and sticky squelching , we were ready (sometimes) to stop it.
