The art is fantastic (I particularly like the character sprites and animations, as they really bring out the personality of the characters).
I've never bought a NSFW game after trying it out, but I bought this game and the soundtrack after realizing how much I like it.
TL;DR if you see it on sale and want an adult game with actual intrigue and story and a decent measure of replayability, this is worth getting.
The art style of the foreground sprites is fantastic, their expressiveness and range of emotion is great especially when animated.
