What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
While you won't be playing this for the story - don't get me wrong, there is one, even if it is just a wrapper - you will be playing this for the gameplay, the play styles and the upgrades, which are all interesting and surprisingly refreshing.
If you like faster-paced FPS and rogue-lite, but do not care too much about story, but like the vibe of the world in the trailers, then go ahead.
The music and art design are both super good and immersive, there just isn't much variety in either.
It can sometimes be a little tough to read what's going on during all the chaos and action but the more you play you begin to understand how the visuals present themselves.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 5 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
