What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
+ The story is easy to understand and does it's objective of introducing/setting up the characters and the elements that will be used for the next game
It's a pretty engaging gameplay loop overall, and the game isn't too long.
The art style is lovely and although the game operates essentially as a 2D side scroller, it's beautiful and a delight for the eyes.
It's got a good soundtrack, a nice artstyle, some metroidvania-like progression elements and has the "one more quest" feeling.
Before I forget, I played the majority of the game on Steam Deck and it ran like a dream.
+ The map is easy to navigate even with its simple map design and mini-map but lacks depth of exploration compared to popular others of the same genre
