Update 26-09: With the addition of the two new maps as well as being able to buy items, some simple van customization and even having an unlockable purchasable character, this game has become a bunch more playable!

Having the difficulty ramp up is definitely a good shout. 1 medkit could definitely be considered "insane" difficulty material.

The environment looks superb, you can see a lot of work has been put into lighting, reflections, and texture work.

Game is great, and the fact that it have an amazing developer who actually listens to feedback given and constantly try to improve the game and get bugs fixed is a major plus for me.

Malum can either be played in single-player or multiplayer, personally, I preferred the multiplayer as it definitely heightens the immersive experience since wandering around a spooky Hotel, Bunker or Sewer is much better with a friend or couple of friends than by yourself.
