Customization - I have not fully jumped into this, but the options for creating new teams, new uniforms, new colors schemes and using them in franchise rocks!

This aint the big boy M@$$#N, but the players look good, the animations have improved bunch this year and they have added in game graphics (for example, i notched a 40+ yrd run and was pleased to see a popup Big Run and my RB did a little chest pump celebration. That was real cool) I liked it more than when i got the popup for the interception i threw.
