Story and characters
Players who bring up Story and characters mostly praise it.
We come back to the world of Submerged with Submerged: Hidden Depths which just like the previous game follows the story of Taku and Miku, a brother and sister who find a new place to call home after all the searching they've been through however, the city they now want to call their home is corrupted by the black Mass which they must clear to make it a safe living space.

Graphics
Players who bring up Graphics mostly praise it.
The atmosphere of the game is also very nice with a lovely music and stunning visuals that are aided by improved graphics however, I remember that while playing the 1st game there was a stronger feeling of isolation and loneliness since we had nothing to accompany us during the exploration of the world except for the occasional sea creatures that appeared.

Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
As for gameplay, this is a pretty child exploration collectathon with a short story that is going for vibes rather than difficulty or complexity.

For me, the controller worked best (although keyboard/mouse can be used).

Interface
Players who bring up Interface mostly praise it.
Cutscenes weren't overused and there wasn't much talking, but the visuals and subtitles plus story notes in the journal made it enjoyable to follow.
