What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The story is supplementary to what is in reality a VERY fun and admittedly addicting single player social deduction game.
I know which characters I need to focus on as the game tells you, yet this also creates a problem with the Mafia itself, as now you are not focusing on the core gameplay, rather you are sucking up to one person and praying for their survival in hopes something can trigger.
The soundtrack, too, is wonderfully understated—atmospheric and occasionally haunting, helping to reinforce the game’s melancholic tone as you loop endlessly through scenarios, uncovering more about your crew and the Gnosia virus.
The painterly textured character art in contrast with the metallic, sleek spaceship backgrounds gives this game a very intricate, flamboyant and bizarre look—making the visuals wonderfully distinct.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
