The story is quite good but honestly excessive.
My only quibble, if you can call it that, is the game seems to be too optimized for lower end PCs and has fast load times, to achieve this, the city NPCs and textures are economically designed for load speed and are not too detailed, considering you rocket past them at 1000 kph, so they do not need to be extremely detailed so this is totally understandable.
There are a few inside jokes/references to Mulaka (the developer's previous game) like the running animation used before you get the fist is a homage to Mulaka, etc. hair style and cloth customization. there is also a skill tree that improves the mecha fist and story progression unlocks a multitude of abilities like a shield that can slow you down and a ranged slice attack. there is a nice narrative that set up the fights and mecha fist, no real complaints. a decent soundtrack.
