I am planning to do all the challenges for each civ (70 in total?) If more campaigns are added before full the full release, it can easily give over 100 hours of single player play time (I don't do multiplayer but looks like this game would be fun in multiplayer).

For a $10 US game, there's a ton of variety, replayability, different faction abilities all wrapped in an aesthetically-pleasing art style, great details, solid music and sounds and buttery smooth animations and gameplay.
