The ONLY in-game purchase that is possible is a ONE-time purchase of becoming a VIP player at $15 USD, which means having the ability to have several free VIP items, as well as having the opportunity to buy a growing number of VIP-only items, a free-daily chip boost, and whatever the developers have in store!
