I am once again not a god blessed japanese person so the game design and inputs are very hard (I never even played a single game only on the Dpad before) but the quality of life of the gameplay and the quantity of weapons to use made it very easy to find my favorite one and survive this game on the first levels.
Combat

initially I thought it looked a little rough around the edges, and the keyboard controls leave something to be desired. but I switched to controller and learned the controls and the game is surprisingly fleshed out with solid combat, fun animations, and surprisingly actually challenging bosses. from boss 4 on, the bosses became really fun and engaging up till the end.
