It’s classic EDF gameplay, and I mean that in the best way.
- Cute, bouncy and pretty visuals and aesthetic
Regarding the team being 'Lives': Losing all your health on the active soldier knocks that team member out, and it works like classic EDF multiplayer - you need health to revive them.
~DLC is actually useful AND reasonably priced if you buy the "season pass" (previous EDF games sold level 1 weapon skins you would use never, World Brothers has actual characters that level up)
However do make sure you have a gamepad to play with, the mouse support is really bad.
Didn't experience any lag but did disconnect a few times.
