Where the game really shines are the unique visuals, I'm sure the comparison with LSD Dream Emulator has been made dozens of times by other people.
The visuals are a lot of fun (and obviously the main draw), but it's the soundtrack that makes it something worth talking about to me. the music borrowed from producers opt out and Jimmy W does a really, really good job at setting an atmosphere that feels evocative and important in a way that really makes up for some of the more lacklustre gameplay components (combat, yeah), emptier floors of the tower and writing that doesn't go very far.
