I can see they have tweaked lots of things with the difficulty since the demo I tried, but don't let this game's looks deceive you, this is hard as hell!
From the moment you step onto the ruined planet of Neplea, the game makes its intentions clear: this is a focused, exploration-driven action platformer that values precision, tension, and methodical progression over hand-holding or spectacle.
Take ASTLIBRA for example, while not being a traditional Metroidvania game, it takes inspiration into it's own hands and really offers you a solid experience, the music, the combat, the boss battles, the visuals, the story and even the builds.
The pixel art is cute and the 2 bit (you use grey its not 1bit) color scheme looked amazing on thr oled steam deck.
I am a fan of indie 2D combat-focused metroidvanias, and this one adds to the genre nicely.
