What players think
The recurring themes across 291 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Simple story premise, you play as Alex who awakens in what appears to be a jail cell and must escape.
The game offers a highly polished experience which can be seen in the graphics quality and the diversity of the puzzles.
I would like to be able to view the clues in inventory while looking at a puzzle, and it would be great to be able to make an image of clues that are not in inventory.
However, there is one thing that I think needs to be mentioned: as a core framework this game uses a Unity asset - of course, this itself wouldn’t be a problem, although as I also own this specific asset I could identify that the game uses the stock sound effects, UI and puzzle layouts without any modification.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
