What players think
The recurring themes across 127 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The story was okay and the animation bits in between missions is okay enough, but people are playing for the silliness of the next bigger and badder enemy with a bigger gun.
In terms of gameplay, it reminds me a lot of the Warship Gunner series—which I think is really great.
I would have really liked the ship graphics to be closer to those in Warship Gunner or Ultimate Admiral Dreadnought, which was probably not the developers’ goal (more of an arcade style) or a greater leverage in the editor.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
