The game’s humor, while dark and sometimes abrasive, aligns perfectly with its design philosophy, ensuring that tone and gameplay reinforce each other rather than clash.

Combat is immediate and aggressive, blending twin-stick shooting with freeform movement that emphasizes speed and constant motion.

There’s a level editor too which looks pretty good from the quick glance I had (steam deck screen size isn’t great for level editors) and should add a lot of level variety to the game!

The gameplay is smooth, the visuals are polished, and it’s genuinely fun to play.

Sound design reinforces this energy with explosive audio cues, screeching tires, and relentless gunfire that maintain momentum without overwhelming clarity.
