What I found most interesting was the progression and the amount of room and latitude you have to experiment.
Lion's Shade has built the project around more than straightforward shooting, offering progression, equipment experimentation, crafting, robotic allies, base management, cooperative gameplay, and a sizable science-fiction campaign.
It controls are clunky and unintuitive, its graphics are good, especially the environment, but still leaves more to be desired.
The Olympic rifle is the weapon that stood out most to me because it helps give the combat its own identity instead of making this feel like another generic shooter with robots.
I'll start by saying 95% of my experience has been local co-op, it's the main reason I bought the game, and the co-op mostly doesn't disappoint- more info to come.
The gameplay appears to lack depth and all voice acting is full, but from not-so-great AIs (maybe an intended pun based on its name?).
