What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
- I get over 500 fps on a slightly dated setup, making the gameplay smooth and input-lag free.
The amount of extra content, and fulfillment/brilliant execution of the games original intention of multiplayer has turned one of the most genuine rocky launch games I've ever seen (2k people blowing a discord server launched the night of release over 14 hours with zero moderation into getting review bombed for unplayable servers that required connection to play) into one of the greatest video game comeback stories most people will never have witnessed.
There are 4, 5, 6, and 8 key modes and keybinds can be customized to your liking.
Coming from other titles like Muse Dash, DJMax Respect V, Platina Lab, Musynx, MASH VP, and Danmaku Kagura, the soundtrack felt a bit underwhelming at first and didn’t immediately click with me.
The game's new and improved UI clashes with the clearly dated songs and graphics, which are poorly drawn and poorly animated (other games like DJMAX manage to bring over legacy content with a fresh coat of paint via remastered art, keeping them looking less like B-grade deviantart work).
I play with framerate unlocked (NVIDIA G-Sync in settings) and it's smooth; no major framerate drops when playing.

Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
