Tale of Immortal (Gang Bang Guang in Chinese:)) is a great sanbox with persistent story, choices, and endless character build customisation possibilities.
Choose wisely, your choices will have a profound efffect on gameplay.
Then... very exciting... quit game and reload or close game and reload if it shoots lighting at you.
I would definitely recommend the following mods "Get forge items - KnightedWarrior", "God's eye - KnightedWarrior" and most importantly "Cheat Menu – Dynamic Multi-Language Support", just to solve certain grindy aspects.
