What players think
The recurring themes across 108 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Loop is a first-person comedy adventure developed and published by Aidan Strong that proves an imaginative concept can leave a lasting impression without relying on a lengthy campaign or complicated mechanics.
Not wanting to pay the ~2 bucks or so for a possibly pretty short or one-noted experience whose main idea - or shall we say gameplay Loop - I already knew about, I was pleasantly suprised to find it's now avaiable for free - reason enough for me to finally give the full version a try as entry #1 in the "free indie game (review) binge" I'm starting this evening.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
