While its core gameplay can't really save Shattered Heaven, it at least has an intriguing story and characters, despite the narrative was somewhat rushed in the dead.
The game reinforces this through a flexible progression system, giving players skill trees, crafting options for potions and equipment, and multiple random events that influence the party’s capabilities.
First of all, the voice acting and directing is giving 110% on what *can't* have been that much of a budget.
Combat encounters are where the game truly shines — turn-based battles that reward careful sequencing of cards, balancing offense with mitigation, and leveraging character synergies to break enemy defenses or disrupt their intent.
the art style is (as you can see in the screenshots) is pretty nice and so is the OST
