The art style is trying very hard to capture the dynamism of anime and manga, but just doesn't have the competency to land it.
i skipped every bit of dialog, and i appreciate how you can skip every bit of dialog. i muted the game because the forward long jump has a strange sound effect, and the characters talk too frequently; but i'm hard to please when it comes to goofy mascots so it's probably a "me" issue.
In conclusion, this 3D Platformer has some very unique mechanics, good game flow, good and unique art, good music and sound design, and easy to understand story!
With smooth, but precise gameplay and movement, interesting abilities and an overall stable feel you get a great taste of the full game.
