Project Terminus has a very Half-Life Alyx type feel, although I would argue the atmosphere in this game is WAY more tense and has you constantly jumping at every little noise (the ambient sounds in this game are pretty amazing and just add to the realism and immersion), Gameplay mechanics seem well thought out (and I am sure will be refined as the game continues to be developed).
