What players think
The recurring themes across 281 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
jumping in, it's like the story started somewhere in the middle of the storyline. couldn't understand a single thing everybody was talking about. plot thickens too quickly and jumpscares are pretty cheap (would let this one slide). was also buggy and crashes a lot that i thought it was part of the game.
+/- the game plays well, sounds good and the graphics are good (its a visual novel...) but when you close the game and open it again all your options and everything you had in the extras menu will be reset your saves will be there nothing will happen to them but the extras you earned and your settings will be reset
The artworks are very good, the character design is pleasing, and the sound design plays a great role in conveying the atmosphere, between spooky sound effects and the adorable voices of the Chompettes.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
