The gameplay is just like a visual novel: you read the story and choose your decisions, meanwhile you can collect gold to buy additional items which adds more NSFW content to the game and with your certain actions you can collect status points which can effect the ending, basically adds more playtime for the game.
The game has good visuals and arts, but there are no animated parts just only drawings and sketches.
There is also a lot of great sound design in this game, but any "voice acting" from some ladies is quite literally bad.
