What players think
The recurring themes across 116 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
There are no rewards such as leveling up, a skilltree or anything that improves your abilities making the game even more blant because you can buff up enmies only that much given you dont let the player upgrade any of their abilities or stats or weapon or whatever. -5000 points for not even coding a proper fullscreen windowed function. -500 points for using the exact same assets, graphics, animations and sounds as moonstudios did for their ori games. -50 points for leaving the game audio at 100% so players have to get ear surgery after starting up the game. -5 points for the extremly short demo that literally doesn't reveal anything of the game.
Would definitely recommend looking into combat progression however as having the same two moves through the entire game can get a little boring.
A nice little game, smooth gameplay, little short on the story but i feel like it could actually be nice if it was expanded upon.
- no controller support (a game like this has no specific keyboard benefit (no mouse use) and limited key use)
another good, fun game that ends much too soon. i would love to see more of this game. definitely too easy though
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
