I'd even go as far as to say it is the most ambitious and epic-like Larry game to date, with some fantastic puzzles decent jokes, good story, good art, and good voice acting.
The shift to a more serialized narrative, rather than a date-by-date progression, allows for stronger story continuity, giving Larry more of a central role in a coherent plot.
