The game seemed good for fans of Super Hexagon who wanted more of the same style of gameplay—surely there was just something I wasn't getting.
One blunder is that the levels more or less follow the tempo of the respective audio track, but don’t do so exactly.
It isn't bound to an FPS rate like the original which is also quite nice.
What starts out looking like an obnoxious troll/masochist game slowly teaches you, through minimalist graphics and elegant game design, how human skill actually works and how it just kicks in once you find the correct mindset to train it.
