What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
But my overall gameplay was smooth, lag-free and bug-free.
The retro-visuals are quite stunning, with lots of effects and flashes on the screen.
100% Edit: Getting all the achievements weren't particularly hard, most of them were story-related so they weren't avoidable.
It's a grindy dungeon crawler, but definitely one of the really good ones, that keep you engaged and loving the grind. :) I 100%'d this game's achievements on Normal difficulty because it was simply fun to do so; the challenge felt just right for the difficulty I chose.
The soundtrack and sound design deserve praise as well.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 5 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
