What players think
The recurring themes across 210 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The plot is nice to follow, and is explained throughout logs you read in the levels as well as nicely drawn comic strips between missions, and the main character certainly is an interesting one.
Filcher takes on the model of Looking Glass Studios's original Thief series to build it's game, and succeeded very well at capturing the essence of LGS's stealth gameplay.
The sound design has been well worked on, as it should, but some levels could use more ambient tracks, but the ones that are there are certainly enjoyable and does a good job at setting the mood and increasing immersion.
The tranq dart works somewhat similarly to the one found in Deus Ex, and the flashlight will put you at maximum light detection, which can sometimes work quite well at attracting attention and can be used for that purpose instead of just lighting up dark corners.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
