Stranded: Alien Dawn

The game runs really well, looks good, there a theoretically some interesting options and mechanics but at the end of the day it manages the great feat of being too simple while also being micromanagement hell and then on top of that being boring.

The base design is generally great in terms of its verticality, models and textures, although I would say that I wish the game had double height ceilings and a little more colour choices.

On a serious note, though, it’s quite a challenging survival management game that puts your strategic skills to the test on the highest difficulty.

Also the characters are quite well developed with little back stories and stats and buffs which make sense for them, so different characters can change the focus of the base and have impact.
