They are more like clipped graphics intersecting with one another than actual insertion.
The real highlight of this game is the "D-Lock" feature where you can slip a controller in your waistband and have your hips sync to the game, letting you control the thrust.
The only issue I really encountered was that achievements dont seem to work and that there is no easy way to go back to the menu, at least I didnt find one.
Sound design is pretty neat, I wish they'd do some dirty talk tho.
