You do have items to heal and you can use the main character as a type of healer but it's a creative way of doing it. each character has their own set of skills and weapon they can use armor is universal 4 slots in armor to add buffs, 1 spirit slot for another buff so room for some customization of characters.
Eternal Dreamers originally caught my eye because I thought the character art looked appealing, and I was pleasantly surprised to find this eye-catching variety carried over into the gameplay too.
Eternal Dreamers is a pretty good sci-fi JRPG with interesting combat, a great soundtrack, some bugs, but also constant updates and a responsive developer.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
