I just can't recommend this game to anyone because of how completely stupid and weird it is, but I still think if you can enjoy the goofy humor then the gameplay can absolutely shine through the goofiness.
I found this experience to be really enjoyable personally, but it is catered to a specific group of audiences for sure, if you like games with dumb humor, immersive-sims, old school FPS then this game could be a buy for you.
Other than that, it's a great game mechanically, I can respect it staying true to its own absurdity, and has a fantastic BANGER soundtrack, led by General Mumble and co.
