What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The game certainly doesn't look bad, aside from decent visuals it has enjoyable world design with a few spooky locations.
I really enjoyed the stealth gameplay, as you can guess there are some game mechanics built around playing as a candle, such as melting overtime, hiding your head in the candle snuffer, and even making a small copy of yourself as a decoy.
Finally, the method by which Jean Wick revives is by possessing one of the candles that he's lighted, which once again is beautifully representative of the the theme and story of spreading light around the cathedral.
The sound design would be very good if not for the lag.
There is an un-optimized area so don't freak out if you see 30 fps its the area not your pc.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
