A part of this addictive feeling is that you always make progression. even if you would spend a few minutes, you could make some progression.
The story-line was good, it reminded me of Zelda and Earthbound.
The soundtrack and graphics are lovely, Bosses are amazing, enemies are quite creative, and the amount of weapon types gives a lot of actual freedom in how you can approach fighting.

I will try to continue to play this game because it is one of the very few games able to be played locally in coop.
Archvale is perfect for the Steam Deck, the controls feel great and it’s easy to pick up and play.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
